  • I have my basic packages, but after we talk I customize them according to your needs. All packages have options to add on services so they have a customizable feel to it. These packages are monthly.

  • As a community manager I engage within the community, moniture KPI’s, keep a pulse on the members and communicating this to the team, set up onboarding processes, and assist and set up content.

  • Yes I do! Email marketing is an add-on to your packages. Prices depend on how often and how in-depth your emails are.

  • This is part of the community management packages, and something that can be added to the social media packages

  • When it comes to strategy, we look at what's working (or not working) in your social media or podcast. Hint: we do more of what IS working! I also like to keep my finger on the pulse of your business, and ensure we are supporting launches, celebrations, and commonly asked questions to your audience. It's basically a 30-minute call of all that goodness!

  • I LOVE to use Notion if you come to me with no preference. I have an entire system set up where I have everything I need to plan, create and gain your approval for outgoing content. But honestly: I can make your project management tool work. I've used Trello (fun confetti options there), Asana, ClickUp and Monday - I sort of geek out organizing things, so it's fun.

  • I have an overall goal of getting 30 days ahead of your weekly content. This is can be a journey depending on the business owner: it takes spurts of hustle to get ahead. My goal is not to shock your system but build in breathing room for both of us. All launches must be 30 days ahead or more, to ensure a well-oiled machine.

  • Yes! I track KPI’s weekly and provide detailed monthly reports

  • Yes! I am able to do basic editing for your short-form videos.

  • If an extra project pops up we first check in and make sure I have the bandwidth to deliver according to your timeline. If it's a green light, I work on the project at an hourly rate of $50 an hour. This is tacked onto the next month's invoice.

  • My favorite way is voxer! Love hearing your voice. Otherwise email or slack works well.

  • The first roll call is previous content. That first month or two I go through your archives and get to know your voice and repurpose it to work for the present. This could be old emails made into posts, podcasts repurposed into videos/posts, and a deep dive into your lead magnets. I prefer my clients to have one main content they own, may it be a podcast, youtube video, or blog. That ensures your voice and mission or in sync with your social media. But if not... I love to give prompts! I hop on voxer, ask you a question, you answer and walla: content for social media.
